As the Chair of Governors, it has been my absolute privilege to serve our school community for the last three years. Ingrow is part of a federation with Long Lee Primary. The federation brings together two wonderful schools, each with its own identity, but united by a shared vision: to provide the very best possible education, care, and opportunities for every single child in our care.
Working Together for Success
The Governing Body is made up of dedicated volunteers from all walks of life—including parents, staff, and members of the local community. Together, our role is to support and challenge our school leaders, ensure our resources are managed effectively, and most importantly, champion the well-being and academic progress of our pupils.
Over the past three years, I have seen first-hand the incredible dedication of our teaching and support staff, the resilience and enthusiasm of our children, and the invaluable support of you, our families.
